A: Leases begin on February 31st, and end on January 31st.

Q: What can I hunt?
A: all lawful game hunting seasons are available.

Q: How much does this cost?
A: The consideration varies depending on the tract, call for details.
Q: When do I pay?
A: Payment is due prior to using the land. Check or money order only.

Q: Can I bring a friend?
A: Leases are limited to a certain amount of people, depending on the acreage of the tract. Anyone hunting with you will need to sign an agreement. Anyone caught on BCG Land property without a valid agreement can be prosecuted for trespassing.

Q: What do I need to bring with me when I sign the agreement?
A: Be willing to provide a copy of your hunting / fishing license to BCG, and a check or money order for the full amount. If a hunting license hasn't been purchased at the time of the lease signing, we may require a copy of it along with proof of a hunter safety course before you enter the leased property.

Q: What happens if I sublease to someone, or let someone pay me to hunt?
A: You CAN'T. subleasing, guiding hunts, or receiving payment for hunts is strictly prohibited, and will result in termination of the lease.
Q: Can I bring someone along that's not hunting?
A: They'll need to sign a separate agreement.
Q: Can I use ATV's?
A: Yes, for hunting related purposes only, such as hanging stands, retrieving deer, etc. No "joy riding" is allowed.

Q: Can I camp overnight?
A: Yes, as long as no alcohol or drugs are present, or any illegal activities are performed.

Q: Can I hunt with another BCG leaseholder on their tract?
A: Not unless you have written permission from BCG, even if you're invited by the leaseholder.

Q: Can I invite someone, who has a curent lease with BCG, to hunt on my lease?
A: Not without written permission from BCG, otherwise this will be grounds to terminate the lease immediately.
