Owning this much land in Northeastern Kentucky comes with many responsibilities, and it's our goal to be good stewards of the land and leave it better than we found it. We have Commercial and Residential properties in Boyd, Carter, and Greenup Counties. It's beautiful, come see it for yourself. We also allow hunters to lease the hunting rights to most tracts, which really helps us keep an eye on things.
